Moving, Moving, Moving; Arts on Stools Summer Fundraiser; Looking forward to 2015

It is our final week of school for the year.  Moving begins with furniture, equipment and thousands of books on the march into the new Junior School, refurbished BER building and the library.  Thank you to all our willing helpers, as usual we wouldn't be able to function without the support of the community – we are very grateful!

Our major fundraiser for the summer period is an arts initiative called Arts on Stools.  Local artists have donated their time and materials to decorate the wooden tops to some vintage art room stools.  These will be silent auctioned at one of the Saturday markets, but can be viewed in the Arts Inc Gallery (Mechanics Hall 11-4pm daily) in late December/early January or at artatapollobaycollege.  This is a unique opportunity to purchase practical art by local artists, so don't miss out!

So this is it for 2014!  But wipe away those tears, dear readers, for we shall be back in 2015 in a brand new school, with some brand new students (and lots of familiar ones) and another year packed with learning and sensational extra- curricular activities...
