Prep-6 Regional Arts Victoria Performance; Yr12 Biology Excursion; Warm Winter Words Fundraiser; Mini Olympics

ab-p12c

The Prep-6 students will attend a performance by Regional Arts Victoria called The Curious Game. This will involve many of the students in the creation of the game's winner and should be greatly enjoyed by all. Henceforth we must all hail Queen Grace Johnston and do exactly as she says.

Year 12 Biology students go to Melbourne to learn how to manipulate the DNA of jellyfish into bacteria to make it glow. The students should really enjoy this experience, so keep an eye out for some genetically modified sea creatures around the Bay in the coming months...okay, just joking!

Thank you very much to all those who helped and baked for the Warm Winter Words afternoon tea, we raised around $890 towards our Senior School playground.

To celebrate the real thing, PE teacher Mel Tomlins has organised a mini Olympics for the Prep-9 students. No drug cheats hopefully.
