Online payment portal - e-Services

Colac Otway Shire Council is pleased to announce a major upgrade to Council’s online payment portal.
Accessed via Council’s website, e-Services provides Colac Otway Shire residents and ratepayers with extra security when making payments to Council online. Benefits to users of the upgraded system include:
- Enhanced security and account validation
- When making a payment, users will now see the accounts they’re making a payment on, including the account balances
- Multiple accounts may be paid through a single payment
- Animal registration renewals can now be paid online
To access the online payment portal, visit www.colacotway.vic.gov.au and select the Make a Payment link from the homepage.
